Last week, our Partner Paul Williams joined a succession planning panel hosted by Young Agri Professionals (YAP) Tamworth.
Drawing on his experience working with clients across the region, Paul shared practical insights into how succession planning works in real life. The discussion sparked valuable and honest conversations around the challenges and opportunities involved.
Paul was joined by fellow panellists Isobel Knight (Proagtive) and Denevan Ellis (Rabobank Australia), with Michael Corcoran (LAWD Northern NSW) facilitating the session.
