Introducing our Newest Partner Yoon Lee…

Date: 23 July 2025
Recently promoted to Partner in our Brisbane office, read on to get to know Yoon.

Please introduce yourself and what you do….

My name is Yoon Lee and I work in Business Services division in our Brisbane office.

How long have you been with R+M?

Since I joined R+M back in January 2023, I have been fortunate to work in the Business Services department as both a manager and an associate.

What does it mean to you to be part of R+M?

Working at R+M has been a transformative experience, both professionally and personally. The company’s diverse team of professionals and wide range of specialist divisions have created a dynamic environment where collaboration thrives. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues on meaningful projects, which has significantly contributed to my growth and development.

How did you advance to Partner?

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Jason and Carolyn, whose mentorship has been instrumental in my professional journey. Through our partnership, I’ve gained valuable insights and support, which inspired me to pursue a leadership role. With their guidance, I completed my submission for Partner- marking an important step in my career development.

What are you looking forward to at R+M as a Partner?

Being a Partner at Roberts + Morrow means I play a key role in building strong client relationships and actively participating in the firm’s strategic decision-making processes. I’m genuinely excited to contribute great energy, a diverse skillset, and the breadth of my previous experiences to both our leadership team and the Brisbane office.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?

Be kind to people, treat people as you would like to be treated.
