International Women’s Day

Date: 22 March 2024

On Friday 8th March, we celebrated International Women’s Day in all our offices with a guest speaker and a morning tea.

Director of Tri-Altitude Performance and Podcast Host, Ali Flynn, led a discussion with our team, touching on the importance of accountability in workplaces, and some powerful accountability strategies. Ali specialises in coaching leaders to peak performance, using psychological principles and mental skills training. Through her podcast, “Challenges that Change us”, and as a speaker, she inspires others to prioritise mental wellbeing, tap into their energy, and build resilience.

Thank you to all the amazing, wonderful, and inspiring women in the Roberts + Morrow team. We appreciate you all.
