Collaborate with us! Introducing our new document-sharing platform

Date: 30 January 2025

As we navigate today’s digital world, we know how important it is to keep your sensitive information safe. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our new document-sharing platform: Collaborate!

Collaborate is a user-friendly and secure system that lets you access and share important documents with us anytime and from anywhere. No more worrying about sending large files through email, which can be risky! Instead, you’ll get a secure hyperlink that gives you controlled access to upload the documents we need. Our new approach enhances security while making the sharing process much easier.

Inside the Collaborate platform, you’ll find a special Upload folder designed for your convenience. You can simply drag and drop your documents for submission, making file transfers quick and secure. Plus, there’s a co-editing feature that allows you and our team to work together in real-time! This means better communication and less confusion with endless email threads.

Once you’re set up with Collaborate, you’ll have a centralised hub for all your important financial documents. This user-friendly interface brings everything together, so you won’t have to spend time searching through various emails and folders. Everything you need will be right at your fingertips, making it easier and faster to access your files.

We’re here to support you every step of the way as we roll out Collaborate. We’ll provide plenty of guidance and resources to ensure you feel comfortable using this innovative platform. If you haven’t heard from us yet but are excited to try out this secure and efficient document-sharing solution, don’t hesitate to reach out! We truly believe that Collaborate will enhance our partnership and make our collaboration even smoother and more secure.
