Matthew McCulloch
Partner, Business Services
I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive by improving profitability and creating sustainable growth. My hands-on, collaborative approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions that deliver real, impactful results.
With a business intelligence mindset, I focus on streamlining systems, improving functionality, and always keeping the bottom line in mind. I thrive on brainstorming with clients, tackling complex problems together, and offering trusted advice from a holistic, financial perspective.
I'm particularly passionate about the North West region, especially the opportunities new technologies and online accounting bring to local businesses and farmers. With a farming background, I have a strong interest in primary production accounting.
Specialising in tax advisory and planning for small to medium-sized businesses, I take pride in working closely with clients and their management teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Originally from Tamworth, I completed my secondary school at St Ignatius’ College Riverview and earned a Bachelor of Economics with a Major in Finance from Sydney University. I became a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and moved back to Tamworth with my wife, Tara, to be closer to family.
Outside of work, I am a father of three and enjoy staying active with golf, running, and attempting surfing. Growing up in Tamworth and spending time on our family farm at Willow Tree instilled strong values of hard work and community.
I’m excited about the future and look forward to continuing to grow the Roberts & Morrow business, providing top-tier services to the North West region.
