The right EOFY decisions now can set you up for the season ahead – and it was great to be alongside Nutrien Ag Solutions at our recent EOFY Information Night & BBQ in Armidale, sharing practical insights with local producers.
From managing income spikes and smoothing out cash flow, to planning ahead for winter feeding and input costs, the session focused on real, day-to-day decisions that can strengthen financial resilience on-farm. R+M associate Ben Quast presented on key EOFY considerations, offering practical guidance and real-world examples to help producers navigate the months ahead. We also explored tools like Prepay Plus, helping producers bring forward key expenses, lock in pricing, and manage tax outcomes more effectively.
With so many variables at play in agriculture, it’s often the small, timely decisions that make the biggest difference. Taking a proactive approach now can help set up a more stable, confident season ahead.
It was a highly successful collaborative event and a great opportunity to connect with local producers ahead of EOFY.
