On Thursday the 21 of March, our team celebrated Harmony Day in all of our offices with a lunch.
Our team members shared a selection of their favourite dishes from their cultural background or something delicious from their family. This day is about recognising the unity and diversity amongst our team! This year, under the theme "Everyone Belongs" we touched on the importance of creating a work environment that displays togetherness and belonging.
There was plenty of discussion as our team shared stories about some of their special dishes. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the day!
